Our home is 2 blocks from "12 South" area, 4 miles from downtown, 2 miles to Greenhills shopping, 1/2 mile to grocery shopping, 1.5 miles to Vanderbilt University.
There are presently four rooms in our home that we rent and the Living Room and Dining Room are available to you. All are fully furnished, newly refurbished and decorated. Rent includes utilities, Laundry Room, TV and cable. We even furnish laundry liquids, hand soaps and toilet paper. A deposit of $250.00 is required and is refundable at end of rental unless there is damage or undue cleaning required.
We do not use lease forms. Minimum rent time is three months. We appreciate at least 30 days notice if moving.
