If you are a student coming to Nashville for study or simply looking for a nice, inviting place to live, we will try hard to make you feel comfortable and "at home" with your stay. This house is our home and we welcome you to visit and consider living here.
There is "NO SMOKING" inside the house and we prefer no alcoholic beverages. Parking is ALWAYS in spaces at back of house.
We will try always to keep our home neat and clean. Hopefully, if you decide to live with us, you will do the same with your room and any other space you may use.
We have been grateful hosts for 14 years now and will welcome you to be as big a part of our "family" as you desire.
